4 cups corn chips
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1 can (15 oz.) enchilada sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
1 cup sour cream
Recipe
Combine 3 cups corn chips and 1 1/2 cups cheese with the rest of the
ingredients. Spread mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish. Bake
uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot. Spread top with
sour cream and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Put corn chips around edges
of casserole; bake another 5 minutes.
