Mexican Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 small onion minced
1/2 tsp Garlic
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 T Chili powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 8oz can Tomato sauce
1 4-1/2 oz can sliced or chopped black olives
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup water
Corn tortillas
Recipe
Brown beef with onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add seasonings and tomato
sauce, simmer for 15 minutes, stir ocassionaly. Take a 9x13 pan and cut
tortillas to fit in the bottom of pan. After meat is done layer half of
meat, half of olives and half of cheese. Cut another layer of tortialls
to cover and repeat meat, olives and cheese layers. Pour 1/2 cup water
over evenly and cover with tinfoil tightly. Bake at 400 for 20--then leave
covered with foil for 5 minutes. Then cut into squares and serve with lettuces, taco sauce and sour cream. OLE!
