Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups diced, cooked ham
6 slices bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 cups milk
4 tbsp. butter
Recipe
1. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Layer half of the potatoes, onion, ham and bacon in greased dish; sprinkle with 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, onion, ham, bacon, flour, salt and pepper. Pour milk over top (it should cover half way up dish). Dot butter on top.
2. Cover dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.
