Aunt Jemima's Maple Syrup

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups dark corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp maple flavoring
Instructions
- Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Let it boil for 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Add maple flavoring and mix well.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 6 months.
- Variation: Add 3 TBSPS of butter for butter flavored maple syrup.
