Blender Mayonnaise

List of Ingredients
1 egg
2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salad herbs

Recipe
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Put egg, 1 tablespoon
vinegar, salt, dry mustard, paprika, pepper and
herbs in blender container; cover and run on speed 2 or low.
While blender is running, slowly pour in 1/2 cup salad oil.
When necessary, turn up speed of blender. If
necessary, stop blender during processing and push ingredients towards
blades
with rubber spatula. Add remaining 1 tablespoon vinegar and
slowly pour in remaining salad oil while blender is running on
high speed. Makes about 1 cup.
