    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups dry white wine
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 2 cloves minced garlic
    • 4 ozs dry mustard
    • 2 Tbsps honey
    • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    • 2 tsps salt
    • a few drops of tabasco sauce


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 3 ingredients, heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    2. Cool and strain the wine mixture in a saucepan. Gradually add dry mustard, and beat until very smooth.
    3. Add remaining ingredients. Heat slowly, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
    4. Cool and store covered, or vacuum seal.
    5. Allow to set for at least 48 hours for flavors to blend well.
