Dijon Mustard

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 4 ozs dry mustard
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsps salt
- a few drops of tabasco sauce
Instructions
- Combine first 3 ingredients, heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cool and strain the wine mixture in a saucepan. Gradually add dry mustard, and beat until very smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients. Heat slowly, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Cool and store covered, or vacuum seal.
- Allow to set for at least 48 hours for flavors to blend well.
