    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup vegetable shortening, at room temp
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour

    Recipe



    Beat all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate in
    an airtight container for up to 6 months and use
    as necessary to coat muffin tins, cake and bread
    pans, etc.
