List of Ingredients
2 Cups Dry white wine
1 Cup Onion -- chopped
2 Cloves garlic -- minced
4 Ounces Dry mustard
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 Teaspoons Salt
A few drops of Tabasco sauce
Recipe
Combine wine, onion, and garlic. Heat to boiling. Lower the heat and simmer
5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a bowl and cool. Strain the wine mixture into
dry mustard in a small saucepan and beat until very smooth. Add the remaining
ingredients. Heat slowly, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Cool and pour into a non-metal container and cover. Chill at least 2 days to
blend the flavors.
