    2 1/4 cups sugar
    1 1/3 cups dry mustard
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/3 cups white vinegar

    Recipe



    Mix together sugar and mustard in a large saucepan.
    Slowly add eggs and vinegar; blend well. Stir
    constantly with wire whisk or hand blender. Cook over
    low heat until thick. Put into 5 1/2 pint sterilized
    jelly jars with lids. Process in boiling water bath
    for 15 minutes. Let cool and seal. Refrigerate after
    opening a sealed jar.
