    1 Cup Butter -- At Room Temperature
    3 Tablespoons Preserves -- Or
    1/4 Cup Honey

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, mash butter with a fork or electric mixer. Stir in
    preserves, jelly or honey until throroughly mixed. Pack tightly into
    glass jars. Will freeze for 9 months. Makes 1 to 1 1/4 cups.
