List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbl. melted butter or margarine
2 tbl. flour
1 1/2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. minced parsley
2 tbl. chopped pimiento
2 tbl. lemon juice
1/2 cup grated American cheese
6 hard-cooked eggs -- sliced
4 slices bread -- toasted and buttered

Recipe
Cook onion in melted butter until soft and yellow; add flour; blend.
Add milk; cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add
salt, pepper, parsley, pimiento and lemon juice. Heat. Add cheese;
stir until melted. Arrange egg slices on hot, buttered toast. Pour
cheese sauce over toast. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4-6.
