Egg and Sausage Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 lb ground sausage
3 cups cubed, dry bread
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
Salt/Pepper to taste
Recipe
Brown sausage, drain and set aside. In two 9/13” buttered or sprayed pans, layer ½ bread cubes, sprinkle with ½ cheese, repeat. Sprinkle the browned sausage on top of the last layer of bread cubes. Beat eggs until frothy, add milk to eggs, season with salt and pepper then pour over the mixture in pans evenly. Chill overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
