    4 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    4 tbsp milk
    2 tbsp butter

    Recipe



    Beat egg yolks, add salt, pepper and milk. Beat
    whites until stiff but not dry; fold into yolk
    mixture. Turn into a pan in which the butter has been
    melted and cook over low heat, until omelet is set.
    Then place in slow oven 325F to brown slightly on top.
    Fold and turn out, garnish with parsley and serve
    immediately.
