1/2 stick margarine or butter
1 1/2 dozen eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt, or less to taste
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Heat margarine in a 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking dish in oven until melted.
Tilt dish to coat bottom. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended. Stir in green onions. Pour into dish.
Bake about 35 minutes or until eggs are moist but set. Arrange on large platter. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 6 to 8.
