Butter flavored spray
2/3 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
4 4 oz fillets of fish
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/2 cup corn relish


Recipe



Line shallow pan with aluminum foil. coat with cooking spray. Combine crumbs, salt epper in small bowl and stir well. Dip fish in egg whites and dredge in crumb mixture. Place fish in pan. Bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately with corn Relish.
