List of Ingredients
6 oz. Can Crabmeat
1/4 Cup Frozen Chopped Onions & Peppers
1/4 Cup Garlic & Herb Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 Egg
1 tsp. Horseradish
Salt & Pepper
Cooking Spray
Recipe
Defrost Onions & Peppers. Drain Crabmeat. Mix Crabmeat,
Breadcrumbs, Onions & Peppers, Egg, Horseradish. Add salt &
pepper to taste.
Heat frying pan and spray lightly with cooking spray. Form 4
patties and cook until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions: Serve by them self or on a roll with lettuce
and tomatoe. You may choose to form small crabcake balls instead
of patties, to serve as an appetizer with creamy horseradish,
tartar sauce, and/or cocktail sauce on the side.
