    Crispy Oven Fried Fish Fillets

    Vegetable cooking spray
    2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Generous Cut Zesty Italian Croutons *, crushed
    1 lb. firm white fish fillets, cut into 4 pieces**
    1/3 cup milk
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    Tartar sauce

    Recipe



    PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Spray baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
    DIP fish into milk. Coat with flour and then dip in milk. Coat with crushed croutons.
    PLACE fish on baking sheet. Spray fish with vegetable cooking spray.
    BAKE for 10 min. or until fish is done. Serve with tartar sauce. Serves 4.
    *Or use your favorite Pepperidge Farm® croutons.
    **Cod, haddock or halibut.
    Serve with frozen French fries heated in the oven, mixed vegetables and your favorite Pepperidge Farm® Chocolate Chunk Cookie.





    Make tartar sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, some minced onion, drained capers and pickle relish.
