1 lb of Fresh Digby Scallops
Salt
¼ Cup Flour
1 Egg, Beaten
¾ Cup Fine Dry Breadcrumbs
Recipe
Separate scallops and sprinkle with salt.
Roll each scallop in Flour, dip in egg roll in the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until Golden brown about 3-4 mins.
Garnish with a lemon Wedge and serve with tartar sauce.
