Fried Scallops with Chili Mayo

List of Ingredients
3 T. light mayonnaise
1 1/2 T. bottled chili sauce
1/2 pound sea scallops
1/8 t. freshly ground black pepper
1 T. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 t. olive oil
Recipe
Stir together mayonnaise and chili sauce in a small bowl. Set aside. Combine
scallops, pepper and bread crumbs in a zip top plastic bag. Seal and shake
to coat. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add
scallops; cook 3 minutes on each side. Serve at once with chili mayonnaise.
Makes 2 servings.
