Garlic Butter Baked Fish Fillets

List of Ingredients




4 skinless fish fillets
2 - 3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
Tabasco Sauce to taste
salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped chives or parsley


Recipe



Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F). Melt butter in a
small saucepan, over medium heat. Grease a baking
sheet with some of the melted butter. Add the garlic
to the remaining melted butter and cook over
medium-low heat until garlic is soft but not brown,
about 1 - 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon
juice and Tabasco Sauce

Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper and place on
baking sheet. Brush with garlic butter. Bake fish 7
-
10 minutes. Garnish with chives or parsley. Makes 4
servings.
