    1 15-ounce can salmon
    1 8-ounce can tuna
    2 eggs 1/4 cup milk
    1 cup crushed crackers

    Preheat oven to broil setting. Debone salmon and discard most of the liquid.
    Drain tuna. Mix ingredients, and shape mixture into small patties. Crush
    additional cracker crumbs and roll the patties in crumbs. Broil for about 10
    minutes on one side, turn, broil 6-8 minutes on other until brown and
    crispy.
    You can stretch the mixture by adding finely shredded bread two more eggs,
    and enough liquid to moisten. If salmon is too expensive, use all tuna.
