Scallops in Baked Cream

1 cup cracker crumbs
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. basil
1/2 t. oregano
1 t. finely chopped parsley
2 pounds scallops
1 cup heavy cream
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375. Butter 11 x 7" baking pan. On piece of waxed paper, combine crumbs, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and parsley. Use to coat scallops. Arrange in pan. Pour cream over scallops. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbling. Makes 4 servings.
