List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs shrimp or scallops (or mix)
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 teaspoon flour
juice of 1 lemon
dash each salt and white pepperRecipe
Clean & devein shrimp if nescessary. Melt butter and oil in a
large frying pan together at medium low temp. Add garlic and cook
two minutes. Add seafood and cook, keeping temp. at medium low
until seafood is almost opaque. Remove seafood from pan and increase
heat. Mix flour into wine, stir until smooth. Add wine and simmer until
thickened, about 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and return
seafood to pan. Turn off heat and stir to coat. Very good served over
lemon-pepper pasta.
