    a.. 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
    b.. 1/3 cup cocoa powder
    c.. 1/4 cup corn oil margarine
    d.. 3 Tbs. milk
    e.. 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Makes about 1 cup.
