12 Oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips
2 very fresh eggs
1 Stick margarine -- At Room Temperature
Recipe
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over hot
water. Cream margarine. Add eggs, one at a time,
beating well after each addition. Beat for 5 more
minutes. Beat in chocolate. Frosts a two layer
cake.
Note: this recipe uses raw eggs. If you are
concerned by this, feel free to use a quality
egg substitute product.
