    Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting

    1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup dairy sour cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate chips with butter. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream,
    vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Gradually add powdered sugar beating by hand
    until smooth and of spreading consistency.
