    1 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup sour cream -- stirred until smooth

    Recipe



    In a deep bowl, whip the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla, until
    stiff. Fold the whipped cream into the sour cream.

    Makes about 3 cups
