List of Ingredients




3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 squares bitter chocolate
1 T. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
4 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla


Recipe



Cook gently sugar, salt, milk, grated chocolate and corn syrup,
stirring constantly until mixture begins to boil.

Boil gently without stirring, until mixture forms soft ball in cold
water. Remove from fire, and add butter and vanilla, BUT DON'T STIR.

When lukewarm, beat until right consistency to spread on cake. This
will frost 3 layers.
