Hungarian Chocolate Icing

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 cup icing sugar, sifted
Recipe
Combine melted chocolate and melted butter. Beat egg until foamy and gradually beat in sugar. Add chocolate mixture and cook over hot water, beating constantly until thick, cover and cool. Add vanilla and spread on cake.
