    2/3 cup sugar
    2 egg whites*
    5 Tbs light corn syrup
    dash salt
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    1 *Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs.
    2 Combine sugar, egg whites, corn syrup and salt in top of double boiler or stainless steel bowl. Set over boiling water. Beat constantly until stiff peaks form, about 7 minutes. Remove from water and beat in vanilla.
    3 Makes about 2 cups
