2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon granted lemon rind
3 tablespoons butter
2 egg whites unbeaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Orange food coloring
Recipe
Add orange and lemon rinds to butter and cream well.
Add egg whites and salt and blend.
Add sugar alternately with fruit juices beating
until smooth and right consistency to spread.
Add coloring then frost cake or cupcakes.
