    4 apples -- washed and cored
    2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup caramel topping -- ice cream topping
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Place apples in baking dish; sprinkle with brown sugar. Top with 2
    tablespoons of topping per apple. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Microwave on High 3 to 5 minutes.

    Serves 4.
