1 can fruit cocktail (I stock up on this all winter for the summer.)
divide fruit evenly into molds.
divide juice into molds.
freeze, serve.
this sounds weird, but it's really good.

You can use popsicle molds or small bathroom-sized paper cups with a
popsicle stick (buy in craft store, a zillion for $1 or $2). If you cut up
the peaches, you could do the same with your canned peaches.
