Beef: Bretzel Shack Potatoes

List of Ingredients
4 large baking potatoes
1/2 lb ground beef
2 TBSPs finely dice onion
1 cup shredded cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
4 TBSPs butter
salt & pepperRecipe
Cook and drain ground beef and onion. Wash potatoes and pierce each 2-3 times. Bake for an hour or until done. Cut open and using a fork and knife, cut up the insides of the potato. Top with hamburg and onion, butter, salt and pepper, then shredded cheese and sour cream.
