Beef: Cheesy Macaroni and Hot Dogs

List of Ingredients
4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained ( 2 cups uncooked)
3 tbsp butter or margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
17 oz evaporated milk
1 cup American cheese, grated ( 4 oz )
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated ( 4 oz )
1 cup sliced hot dogs ( 3 to 4 )
1 to 2 tbsp bread crumbs
Recipe
Sauté onions in butter.
Stir in flour and salt.
Blend in evaporated milk.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Add cheeses. Stir until melted.
Remove from heat. Stir in macaroni and hot dog slices.
Place cheesy macaroni and hot dogs in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle
with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until heated through.
