Beef: Crockpot Hobo Meatball Stew

List of Ingredients
1 lb. prepared meatballs
4 med. potatoes, cut into chunks
4 med. carrots, cut into chunks
1 lg. onion, cut into chunks
½ c. catsup
½ c. water
1½ tsp. vinegar
½ tsp. dried basil
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Recipe
Place potatoes, carrots and onions in crock; top with meatballs. Mix the
remaining ingredients and pour over the meatballs. Cover and cook on high 4
to 5 hours until veggies are tender.
NOTE: I sometimes use those leftover preformed hamburger patties cut up
into "square" meatballs.
