Beef: Crockpot Rump Roast

1 Tbs. black pepper
1 Tbs. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4-5 pound rump roast
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Mix the spices together and rub the mixture of the roast.
Put the meat in the crockpot and pour 1/2 cup water in.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Remove the roast and defat the juices. Slice the meat and serve with the juices.
On another night, make French Dip Sandwiches by placing thin slices of the roast in a French roll and serve with a small bowl of the juice for dipping.
