List of Ingredients




1 - 1 1/2 lb hamburger
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup diced onion
*calls for one egg - can substitute egg beater or an additional 1/8 cup milk)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp.worchesire sauce
1 tsp pepper

Glaze

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp. worchesire sauce

Mix ingredients for meat and place in loaf plan.... Mix glaze and pour on
top of meatloaf...... you can either freeze it at this point or go ahead and
bake at this point.. 350 for 60 minutes.
