Beef: Meal in a Packet

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. roundsteak, cubed
2 onions, chopped
5 carrots, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
4 oz mushrooms, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well. Let stand for 10
minutes. Spoon ingredients onto 5 18-inch foil squares; seal
foil to make 5 packets. Bake on grill on low with lid closed
for 15 minutes on each side. (5 servings)
My husband hunts so I usually use venison for these. It works
just fine. My family also prefers fresh mushrooms to canned,
but that is up to personal preference. To save time, I don't
peel the carrots or potatoes. You can also make these in
advance and keep in refrigerator.
