    Bread: Buttermilk Cheese Loaf

    2 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons dry mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup oil
    2 eggs

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients & cheese. Set aside. Beat
    buttermilk, oil & eggs with rotary beater until well blended. Add all at
    once to flour mixture & mix just until moist. pour into a greased 9x5x3
    inch pan & bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minuts or until toothpick inserted
    in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert on rack &
    cool. Makes one loaf.
