Bread: Jumbo Buttermilk Biscuits

2 to 2 1/4 c. BLM
2/3 c. milk
Recipe
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Using a fork, mix 2 cups of the
BLM with the milk, until dough is smooth. If dough is
still sticky, add more BLM, a little at a time (up to
1/4 cup). Knead into a ball. Place dough on a board dusted
with BLM. Roll out dough to a thickness of 3/4-inch.
Cut into four biscuits with a 3-inch round cutter or a glass
dipped in flour. Place dough on an ungreased cookie sheet
and
bake for 10 minutes. Let cool. Yield: 4 biscuits.
