    Bread: Two Cheese Bread

    List of Ingredients




    2/3 C warm water
    1 T butter or veg oil
    1 egg
    2 tsp sugar or honey
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 C whole wheat flour
    2-1/2 C bread flour
    1/4 C powdered milk
    1 C (3 oz) grated Cheddar cheese
    3 T (1/2 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp sesame seeds (I didn't use them)
    1-1/2 tsp active dry yeast

    Recipe



    For the Breadman machine, add all ingredients in the order listed. Cook on
    the Whole Wheat setting.
