Breakfast: Biscuit Breakfast Sandwiches

Biscuits (use this recipe or buy the Grand biscuits)
2 C flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 C milk
1/3 C vegetable oil
Recipe
Combine flour, baking powder, salt; add milk and oil. Stir
until dough forms a ball. Knead 10 times. Roll to 1/2 inch
thickness; cut with 2 3/4 inch biscuit cutter. Place on lightly
greased pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Eggs: I use a couple of pineapple cans that I washed out and
cut open both ends. Preheat a sprayed griddle or frying pan.
Spray the inside of your cans. Drop an egg into each can. (I
break the yolk because it is easier to eat that way.) Cook till
set. Remove the can and flip egg.
Split a biscuit. Layer on a slice of cheese, the egg, and
bacon, sausage, or ham. Put on the top and enjoy!!
You can make these in advance and freeze them individually
wrapped. Heat them in the microwave, oven, or toaster oven.
These are great for those rushed mornings.
