Breakfast: Country Biscuits and Gravy

List of Ingredients
¼ lb. Bulk pork sausage (I use regular flavor)
2-3 TB all purpose flour
2 TB butter or margarine
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1-1/4 to 1-1/3 cups milk
warm biscuits
Recipe
in a skillet over med heat cook the sausage until done, drain. Stirl in all
but milk stirring until butter is melted. Gradually add the milk, stirring
constantly. Bring to a boil, and boil stirring for 2 mins. Serve over
biscuits.
