Breakfast: Sausage Cheese Puffs

1 lb bulk Italian sausage
3 C biscuit/baking mix
4 C (16 oz.) shredded cheddar
3/4 C water
Recipe
Cook and crumble sausage; drain. In a bowl combine biscuit mix
and cheese; stir in sausage. Add water and toss with fork until
moistened. The mixture will be a bit dry. Shape into 1 1/2
inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and
golden. Cool on wire racks. (4 dozen)
