    1 cup biscuit mix
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1 lb, gound beef, pork or turkey
    4 cups rice cooked

    Recipe



    Preheat oven 350 F. mix biscuit mix, cheese and ground meat together, mold
    to various sizes and shapes. place on an ungreased baking pan, bake for 20
    minutes until brown and slightly crusty, drain well.
    Place meat into empty pan and spoon rice over top meat, leaving some meat
    showing. serves 8-10
