Casserole: Georgian Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
- 4 heads of fresh broccoli or 1-2 bags of frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup chopped and diced celery
- 2-3 cups cooked, chicken (cubed or shredded)
- 12 ozs cooked fettuccine noodles
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
- 1 heaping tsp of dried basil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Chop only the flowers from the broccoli head. In a large bowl, add broccoli, celery, chicken and black olives and cooked fettuccine noodles.
- In a seperate bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing.
- Mix all ingredients into the first bowl and toss well.
