    Casserole: Georgian Chicken Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 heads of fresh broccoli or 1-2 bags of frozen broccoli florets
    • 1 cup chopped and diced celery
    • 2-3 cups cooked, chicken (cubed or shredded)
    • 12 ozs cooked fettuccine noodles
    • 1 small can sliced black olives
    • Dressing:
    • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    • 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
    • 1 heaping tsp of dried basil
    • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Chop only the flowers from the broccoli head. In a large bowl, add broccoli, celery, chicken and black olives and cooked fettuccine noodles.
    2. In a seperate bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing.
    3. Mix all ingredients into the first bowl and toss well.
