    Cookies: Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies

    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
    6 oz. chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Beat butter, egg, sugars and vanilla until light and
    fluffy. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Stir in chips.
    (Use fewer chips, if you desire.) Drop by teaspoon onto
    ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 8 to
    10
    minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
