¼ C. butter or margarine
3 Tbs. flour
½ tsp. salt
1-1/2 C. milk
1 can (6-1/2 oz.) chunk style light tuna drained and flaked
Recipe
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and salt. Then
stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly for about 1
minute. Then stir in tuna; heat through. Serve on toast wedges or
crackers.
