Hurry Up Butter Horn Rolls

List of Ingredients
1 1/4 ounce package active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water 110 degrees to 115 degrees
2 1/2 cups BLMRecipe
Grease a large baking sheet. In a large bowl dissolve the yeast in warm
water. Stir in the baking mix and beat vigorously. Turn the dough on too a
surface lightly dusted with BLM. Knead until smooth; about 30
strokes. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll the dough in to a 12 inch
circle. Cut in to 16 wedges. Beginning at the wide end roll each wedge to
the point. Place point side down on the prepared baking sheet. Cover with a
damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in bulk. Bake at 400
degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Brush with butter while warm.
Makes 16 rolls.
